Guarantees

I understand and agree that neither Friendship Springs Veterinary Care, its doctors, locum tenens doctors, employees, subcontractors, nor other agents make or imply any guarantee or warranty of any kind whatsoever regarding the results or outcome of any diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, whether inpatient or outpatient, including but not limited to examinations, vaccinations, laboratory diagnostics, imaging, pharmaceutical, medical, anesthesia, dentistry, surgical, hospitalization, boarding, grooming, or any other procedures under any circumstance. I further understand that, while Friendship Springs Veterinary Care will do its best to prevent adverse events, in the delivery and performance of procedures such as noted above sometimes adverse events occur, up to and including death, in spite of best efforts.  I agree that if I have concerns about any such procedures, risks, complications, recovery, post operative care needs, fees, or any other issues, then I will inquire about these concerns before procedures are begun.
