Payment Policy. Payment for all services rendered are due either at the time of dismissal, when services are performed, or upon request and demand at any time. Friendship Springs Veterinary Care does not allow for billing, partial payment, or delayed payment. Pets will not be released from the hospital without payment. Friendship Springs Veterinary Care reserves the right to require partial or full deposits before services are rendered.

Forms of Payment Accepted. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa,Discover, and AMEX credit and debit cards.  While we know it is an inconvenience for some, for your safety and financial security, we may not record your credit/debit card information for later processing. All credit and debit cards will be processed immediately.

We also take CareCredit.  CareCredit is a specialized credit card designed to finance out-of-pocket health, wellness, and personal care expenses not covered by insurance. If you do not already have an account with CareCredit, we can help you apply and get an answer back on approval in a matter of minutes.  With many of the promotional offers available, this service may also provide interest-free options. Check acceptance policy.  Under no circumstances will we accept checks for any reason.

Refunds. All sales for services rendered are final and not refundable regardless of outcome of results. Refunds for dispensed pharmaceuticals and products may be final and not refundable, partially refundable, or fully refundable at the sole discretion of Friendship Springs Veterinary Care depending on the nature of the product and the form in which it is dispensed.
